The Space

Our 1 bedroom, second story loft apartment is a spacious stay with a sitting area in the living room. This apartment is on the front of the property up one flight of stairs with ample free street parking in front. It comes with a comfy King size bed and eat in kitchen.

We are pet-friendly and have a fenced in area on the side for your pets.

You are a short walk to many shops and restaurants including Cotton & Rye, Perc Coffee, Tequilas & Tacos and more.

The laundry with washer & dryer is inside in the entry way.

When you arrive at the house, you will enter up a flight of stairs on the left, through the front door with a keyless entry code. Once inside, You can enjoy, relax and make yourself at home.

Inside you'll find a fully stocked coffee bar. We provide specialty ground coffee roasted by Good Citizen exclusive to our Kindred guests. We provide tea.

The kitchen is also stocked to cook almost any meal. We include all of the pots and pans, measuring cups, mixing bowls, and utensils to cook to your heart's desire. It's equipped with a full size refrigerator and freezer, oven, and range.

Our bathroom has all the essentials you need to get you started for the beginning of your stay: including soaps, shampoo and hair dryer.

Our smart TV comes with YouTube TV subscription and can login to your streaming apps.

We provide enough to get your stay started. There is specialty coffee provided by Kindred House and roasted by Good Citizen for drip brew along with Body wash, shampoo and conditioner also provided to begin your stay.

Kitchen is fully stocked to cook at home.
